Bug Description

When associating a float with an instance, if no floats are reserved, the modal drop down will tell:

"No IP addresses available" [+]

I think both the message "No IP addresses available" and the plus sign next to it are misleading. User just need to reserve a new float so I'd update the message with something like:

"No IP addresses reserved" [Reserve]

I've been reading a bit, and the message can be changed, but not sure if I can add the "Reserve" label on the button.
Any thoughts on this?

We have four operations for floating IPs now: Allocate, Associate, Disassociate, Release.
Doesn't "Reserve" introduce another confusion? Doesn't "Allocate" work?

Yeah, definitively you got a point. Does : 'No IP addresses allocated' sounds good for you guys!?

hi there, I'd +1 "allocated" too, looks like it is a better fit. Thanks for helping with this.
