Bug Description
Gutsy Tribe 3
System -> Preferences -> Appearance displays the Appearance Preferences window.
Click Desktop Effects tab.
It is hard to tell if the Enable Desktop Effects button is on or off because it is hard to tell if the button is shaded or not.
And then you have to figure out what it means if it is shaded or not.
A box with a check mark, just like the Enable extra effects box and check mark, would make it easier to tell if desktop effects were on or off.
