Conflicts in heimdal-servers should be reduced

Hello,
I think the conflicts to most servers should be removed from heimdal-servers.

In my case, I have proftpd running and I'm using the telnet server of heimdal. That's not possible without patching heimdal-servers with every update. I think server conflicts should only be used when they share the same files and the alternative system can't be used.
