Bug Description

It is not possible to limit mobile data usage to $m$ bytes.

In my opinion this should have a higher priority than just "Wishlist" as the absense of that feature lately costed me a few euros of roaming coasts. (I paid for 150 MB and the SMS which told me that I had exceeded that volume arrived with a deleay of a few minutes.)
