Update to qtkeychain 0.3.0

Hi,

version 0.3.0 is now tagged:

The request for a "new release" version is closed:

https://github.com/frankosterfeld/qtkeychain/issues/21

so its seems this this version 0.3.0 is "official" released.

Pushing this version into Ubuntu it allows users of the owncloud-client to use gnome-keyring as version 0.1.0 only supports kwallet at the moment.
