Bug Description
installed virt-manager on Ubuntu 14.04 beta 1
ran virt-manager and created a VM
when VM runs in its window the Virt-Manager top Unity Panel command bar that contains the Virt-Manager commands:
- File
- Virtual Machine
- View
- Help
is not active. example: I can't click on View to resize window to the VM's display size?

Can confirm the issue, the virtmanager always starts on the top right corner of my first monitor, without a toolbar or the close, minimize, maximize buttons.
