Bug Description
This pop-up alert happens if you delete a user that you retrieved via the Circulation->Check Out (F1) interface, and does not happen if you delete a user that you retrieved via the Search->Search for Patrons (F4) interface. It's harmless, but confusing.

Confirmed in 2.5.3b.
When the staff member deletes a patron who was retrieved via patron search, the screen remains in the patron's account with a Purged timestamp (replacing the patron's name that's enclosed in the color border indicator).
When the staff member deletes a patron who was retrieved via the patron's barcode, the patron screen is replaced by the check out screen and the staff member will see the ACTOR_CARD_ NOT_FOUND message.
