Bug Description

Currently, when downloading UK softwares (e.g., WPS), there is no response. Logs from Daemon shows "Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntukylin.com/ubuntukylin/pool/main/w/WPS/WPS-for-UbuntuKylin-13.10-i386-1.2.deb 404 Not Found
".

Due to public limitation on port 80, we use "http://archive.ubuntukylin.com:10006/" as the URL for UK Archive. It could be add into the source list manually, and is supposed to be added into the UK iso since Beta 2 for Trusty.

The ubuntu kylin archive will not be usable until the keyrings integrated into system. So I relate it to Ubuntu Kylin.
