Bug Description
We made standard serial console a default option in GRUB options in scope of the bug fix 1259245
However, certain kernel graphics drivers like Matrox G200 and nVidia are incompatible with this console .
Having serial console enabled on the servers, equipped with one of these graphics chips leads Linux to crash on boot with the failed kernel graphics driver error.
So, we need the way to switch this console ON and OFF on per-server basis.
And, at the same time we need it turned ON during our automatic tests.
