Bug Description

From https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuMainInclusionRequirements

"End-user applications must be internationalized (translatable), using the standard intltool/gettext build and runtime system and produce a proper PO template during build."

Since juju-quickstart has an actual full screen UI, I think it makes sense to make it translatable. However, I understand that it's not exactly your typical desktop application, so I'm not sure to what extent this is a main inclusion blocker.

So the importance of this bug is currently unknown, until the MIR approval team reviews the MIR. But it would certainly be nice to make this tool translatable, so I'm creating this bug to track it and to reference from the MIR bug.
