all apps full screen kubuntu 14.04

Bug Description

all the apps are full screen. I cannot read menu when any app is open. konsole is full screen at startup. I cannot post screenshot as printscreen button on keyborard is doing nothing. If this is filed against wrong package please change it to correct bug.

2.see that is is full screen

Actual Results:
All apps full screen

Expected Results:
App is normal size with window boarders

Reproducible: Always

1.open any app
2.see it is full screen

Actual Results:
get a full screen app

Expected Results:
app not full screen with boarders

ran ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/mesa-egl/libwayland-egl.so.1 /usr/lib/libwayland-egl.so.1 from VT and problem fixed
