all apps full screen kubuntu 14.04

all the apps are full screen. I cannot read menu when any app is open. konsole is full screen at startup. I cannot post screenshot as printscreen button on keyborard is doing nothing. If this is filed against wrong package please change it to correct bug.

I am running kubuntu 14.04 64bit fully updated, and I ran kwin --replace and got following error message kwin: error while loading shared libraries: libwayland-egl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open any app
2.see it is full screen

Actual Results:
get a full screen app

Expected Results:
app not full screen with boarders

ran ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/mesa-egl/libwayland-egl.so.1 /usr/lib/libwayland-egl.so.1 from VT and problem fixed

ran ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/mesa-egl/libwayland-egl.so.1 /usr/lib/libwayland-egl.so.1 from VT and problem fixed.
