Bug Description
When I turned off all physical nodes, UI has detected it and I've got a bunch of notifications ("Node 'Untitled (84:63)' has gone away"), but the top-level notification box still shows a green message "Success: Deployment of environment 'xxx' is done. Access the OpenStack dashboard (Horizon) at http://
It would be nice to get to see an informative message like "Controller is unavailable" instead of "Success"

This is just a message about deployment success and intended to be dismissed after user gets and url to horizon (it has a button to close/remove itself). I don't think we need any additional logic here in case if this message is not dismissed
