too many Tomboy Notes open in the panel and can't create a new note

Bug Description
after i update to ubuntu 14.04 LTS when i start my system and open dashboard, too many tomboy notes open in the panel and i cant even create a new note in it but can edit the previous notes.

I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.
