Bug Description
Instructions need to also outline how to connect to glance.
Need to add 'glance_
Otherwise if you follow the instructions and try to do 'nova image-list' you get an error because it tries to connect to the localhost to find glance, but you may be configuring glance from another host.

I think our example architecture has glance on the cloud controller, and then your service catalog would point to the correct endpoints to give you nova image-list.
