Bug Description

in LibreOffice Calc:
Even, if the formula bar (german: Rechenleiste) is chosen to be displayed in the menue "View" (german: Ansicht), there is no formula bar visible.
The area above the sheet is enlarged / reduced when toggling the choice in the menue, but only a grey area appears /disappears.
Even that narrow handle field at the left end of other bars is not visible.

System and installed LibreOffice packages:

bug still present, even after full remove of packages (purge) and reinstallation.

For my work, the bug is severe: It is the main instrument of editing formula

The new screenshot shows, that the formula bar (german: Rechenleiste)
is even not found in the list of bars, which can be edited in the options.
Seems like calc cannot find information about that bar - but reserves the
(grey) place for it.

I just added "Also affects distribution/package": libreoffice-l10n-de

I do suspect, that the bug is related to the german translation.
On another computer, I installed libreoffice newly (under a fresh lubuntu 14.10) - an the formula bar (german: Rechenleiste) is ok.

Together with my previously reported observation, that the "list of bars" does not contain "Rechenleiste", I suspect, that there is a problem in handling the bars with respect to their name in the german translation.
