can't change color of folders

I purchased and installed "Folder color" but when I right-click to the folders "Folder colors" isn't on the list to choose, even when search "folder color" on the PC there is no rsult like if it isn't installed. I have Ubunutu 12.4

12.04. It's strange, but we'll find a solution or you'll have your money
back.
Could you tell me something about your Ubuntu? Which is your Nautilus
version (you can see in menu help/about)? Is it a fresh installation? Is
there anything strange, maybe an update with backports? Did you try to
reboot the machine?
