Bug Description
Please add atop package to the fuel repo.
When atop is running as a daemon it allows to collect information about all nodes and processes. It is also writes logs that allows us to inspect what process was dropped and why.

An appropriate package for Centos was merged into 5.0 repo. Ubuntu has native atop.
