Bug Description
The boot images are stored in the filesystem using a nested directory layout for release, architecture, boot purpose, and so on. We're adding "label" (which defaults to "release").
Remember to search the code for this bug number. We may have to hobble some tests to make them work with release labels without actually extending the directory hierarchy yet.
