Incorrect character rendering on Intel Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller

Ubuntu 13.10, with frequent updates (weekly at least).
uname: Linux x 3.11.0-18-generic #32-Ubuntu SMP Tue Feb 18 21:11:14 UTC 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

As shown on middle of screenshot, occasionaly some character are incorrectly rendered. If repaint action is triggered
(e.g. selecting text, or somethign similar, depending on application), character is repainted correctly.
