Binary package hint: oggconvert

Hi

the current icon oggconvert uses is the old one totem used. It's ugly, maybe a better one could be this: video-x-generic.svg
(found in /usr/share/icons/gnome/scalable/mimetypes) in gnome icon set

Upstream author likes that icon, so I inserted it into Debian package.
