Bug Description

In Trusty, multiple Tomboy indicator icons randomly appear. They seem to each be connected to a separate tomboy.exe instance. I've seen up to four before I began to close them. I have no clue what causes them to start up. This is using the 14.04 daily image as of March 10th and Tomboy version 1.15.4.

Up to six icons can appear appear on the top panel.
Returns after removal and reinstall.

I believe this is a Unity's bug, not Tomboy's. I found out how it can be reproduced at will. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/1307128

The problem appears olso in standard 14.04 (2014-04-20)

I can confirm the bug on 14.04 LTS. The problem bothers me since about half a year know. Is there any fix in sight? Thanks.
