[FFe] New Ubuntu Touch specific package: media-hub

Dear Release Team,

I would like to request a blanket FFe for media hub[1] which is part of the Ubuntu Touch architecture solution for the media playback story.

This component would also eventually get the qtmultimedia-opensource-src-touch packages out of the archive.
Note that some of the binary packages provided by this package would be part of the Ubuntu Touch seed (whilst also replacing qtmultimedia-opensource-src-touch).

This FFe follows the spirit of bug 1282590

This seems reasonable, and I think it's essentially covered by bug 1282590 even though it isn't explicitly on that list. FFe approved.
