the package is new and doesn't provide any library and nothing depends on it.
It is stable, the last few commits are about packaging rules, nothing in the source code.

I use it since some time with NO troubles at all, and having it into trusty will benefit for people who communicate with canbus

Thank you for your work, trusty is feature frozen though, to add a new package you need a ffe. You can read about that on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FeatureFreeze
