tap on touch screen stop working on program starter/activity changer

After startup I can use the touch screen to open the program launcher or the activity changer. After a short time/little other activity the buttons do not open on a tap anymore. Still they get marked and show the tooltip. After opening the program starter with the touchpad buttons, I still can start the programs with a tap and it also works in the started program (e.g. Dolphin).

It seams to work now after the latest updates, so please feel free to resolve the bug.
