Delete scene/frame buttons too exposed to misuse

The delete scene and delete frame buttons are at mouse pointer reach.
To delete your work by mistake is too easy, especially for the pupils this program is targeted to.
Such distructive operations (you can just destroy your several hours work with no warning nor undo function) should be hidden in a menu, where the mistake is less likely.
