Bug Description
I was tagging new articles when I was informed I had tagged Drake twice for speedy deletion. Not sure how this is possible as it's definitely not a new article and I never loaded it up.

This also happened to me. I put a speedy on new article "Black & Veatch Corporation" for spam but the tag ended up on "Black".
