clouddocs-maven-plugin: version 1.14 and greater - errors with PDFs

When I run a build for API docs using version 1.14.x, I get the following error for PDF builds:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal com.rackspace.cloud.api:clouddocs-maven-plugin:1.14.0:generate-webhelp (autoscale) on project autoscale: Execution autoscale of goal com.rackspace.cloud.api:clouddocs-maven-plugin:1.14.0:generate-webhelp failed: net.sf.saxon.s9api.SaxonApiException: A sequence of more than one item is not allowed as the first argument of contains() ("[...", "[...", ...) -> [Help 1]

The actual error message varies for each book, but it's a similar message - (more than one item ....)

Try building any API dev guide using this clouddocs-maven-plugin version to see the error in context.

Have you tried 1.14.1 and gotten that error as well? I know it was in 1.14.0.
