Document REST API for Trust Extensions - Create Trust

Openstack API reference does have APIs for Trust Extensions which was introduced in Havana.

Document Trust Extensions starting with Create Trust. This ticket can be used to include documentation for all api calls.

Yeah, I have been referring to that doc and its very helpful.

Since all REST APIs are documented on api.openstack.org, it would be great (nice-to-have) to provide Trust documentation on the same site.

The URLs in the Bug Description are also 404 now. OTOH, http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-identity-v3.html exists --- but it does not mention trusts.
