Titles in the left-side menu looks inconsistnt

Panel titles in the left-side menu looks inconsistent.
Some panels are titled as "Manage XXXX" and some are not.

To me, "Manage" looks unnecessary because OpenStack Dashboard is used to manage compute, network, object storage, .... and so on.

I agree that it looks inconsistent. We can remove the word "Manage"

    Make project left-side menu titles consistent

    The left-side menus of project dashboard looks inconsistent:
    some panel names have "Manage" and some do not.
    This commit removes "Manage" from the titles.
