Additional code updates for libv8 PPC support

This builds on top of the patch set that was built here https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libv8-3.14/3.14.5.8-5ubuntu1

I've included a patch (attached)

You can build your own version using the following commands:

git clone https://github.com/andrewlow/v8ppc.git
cd v8ppc
git diff d8d994ca1752c530d2cbf8d9b43b1881b642ddf9 7d1b8b5d040a7d622bbde464ea29f6a7e89c90b6 -- > update.patch
