Bug Description
Running reminders 0.4bzr79trusty0 on 14.04 desktop
Either "Add note" or "Add reminder" do anything when running reminders on the desktop.
Are they supposed to do anything if there are no accounts set up?

We should hide all functions which require an account, which probably means preventing the app working at all right now until you're signed in.
