Incorrect instructions in section 5: Install Maven

The instructions to install maven on this page, specifically 5c, is incorrect. One does not simply do "sudo", here the reader have to find a command to unpack the apache-maven-X.X.X-bin.tar.gz (or .zip) into the directory.

Maybe we shoul also make these instructions less attached to a specific version of maven (text refers to 3.0.5 version) and/or quote/reference the maven installation instructions on the Apache Maven download page (http://maven.apache.org/download.cgi).
