1. Create new environment (CentOS, simple mode)
2. Add controller and compute nodes
3. Power off controller
4. Progress bar and 'offline' status are displayed concurrently (see screen)
5. We should display other status or only status without progress bar

This situation can be correct if:
1. deployment may continue after the node will back online.
2. appropriate status is shown after deployment timeout.
