Scoping Option Needed for Copy Location in Serial Batch Receive

Currently, staff members see all of the Copy Locations (Shelving Locations) setup in their database when they select from the Copy Location drop down options on the Serial Batch Receive screen in the upper portion (the Apply in batch option just above the solid line before the individual branches are listed). This can cause confusion to some staff members of larger systems and/or consortiums. The Copy Location drop down should provide a narrower scope for the user.

One possible consideration may be for libraries that make use of the consortium-wide locations (such as “Stacks”); they may want to actually see the consortium-wide copy locations in the drop down.

Basically, we would we want to see the same copy locations listed in the batch updater that we see in the copy location dropdown just below it. The bottom dropdown appears to scope properly.

This is addressed in the new serials implementation for the web staff client.

Setting this bug to Won't Fix since it is fixed in the web client and the xul client is now deprecated.
