Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
This package is required for the Enablement of new Hardware to be used with MAAS.
MAAS currently supports the SeaMicro Chassis, however, it order to be able to use
its REST Api, we need to use this package for further MAAS enablement.

Syncing this to Universe is a trivial review, but for release I am assuming it will be wanted in Main. Therefore will require a MIR and Feature support in MAAS.
~ubuntu-mir, Are you able to commit to a MIR review? Considering it is a web client, I am imagining it will require a security review.
