Bug Description

The documentation (e.g. http://docs.anybox.fr/anybox.recipe.openerp/1.8.1/configuration.html#openerp-command-name ) gives a wrong url for the repository of openerp_command, there is a missing ~ before openerp, and I'm not sure about the @419 either.

this @419 was to pin the revision before the one that erased all files (at the time I missed the separate 7.0 branch).

Note: @REV is the standard way of requiring a revision in pip syntax (gp.vcsdevelop is based on pip)
Sadly, it does not support escaping of the '@' and that makes it unusable with bzr revids
