v3.3 Undefined control sequence Office 2010 Windows 7

I get several undefined control sequence exporting the table in the attachment (with no Booktabs stle formatting)
Using package multirow, am I missing something else?

The multirow package shouldn't even be necessary if your cells stretch only horizontally. Could you paste the output, please?

Have you loaded the bigstrut package?

The documentation isn't very precise about which packages are required and when. Will think about a solution.

With bigstrut but no multirow I see the {2}{4}{*} before the vertically merged cells.
Using both packages did the trick, perfect table.
