Keyboard layout is different from the selected layout

Bug Description

I have Japanese keyboard layout selected but my keyboard behaves as if it was US English keyboard. My keyboard layout chart shows the correct keys whenever I press any key. However when I input text anywhere it behaves as US English keyboard.

After today's update the issue was resolved. It is working as it is supposed to. Please close the bug.
