After trying all packages, I think it is octave-vrml that causes the problem, all the other packages installed fine. After octave-vrml failing I tried to install octave-zenity and it told me that it depended on octave but octave was not configured. Removing octave-vrml and octave-zenity, I tried to install octave-zenity again and it installed fine.
