No option to set proxy for network

Bug Description

Nothing on the dialog to be able to setup a proxy per network.

This is required the more mobile the world gets and it takes a lot of time to get browsers, apt, Skype etc. setup when moving from one network to another.

OSX and iOS, for instance, let you set this differently for each network, but there's just the one global setting in Ubuntu. So if you have a laptop that is only intermittently joined to a network requiring a proxy, you have to go to network settings every time you join that network and set the proxy settings again, and unset them again when you leave...

Needs to be a tab in Edit Connection, part of network manager.
