Unable to clone linaro kitkat

i want to build kitkat for panda,

i have downloaded linaro_android_build_cmds.sh from the linaro kitkat link .

after initialising git in my current working directory and run the downloaded script , after fetching few files it throws an error

the issue is resolved ...actually it was due to less bandwith of internet in my system...
