Bug Description

We have a child class for MongoDB but not for SQLAlchemy for testing the sharding API (wsgi/test_shards.py).

    Enable shards test for sqlalchemy

    Now we have already implemented the sqlalchemy for shards and
    catalogue, so this patch will enable the shards test for
    sqlalchemy.
