pdf preview doesn't work on gutsy

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase

On gutsy, pdf preview doesn't work since some time any more.

How can I debug this problem to provide more details on this bug? Simply running konqueror from the console or strace'ing it doesn't give any helping hints on what is causing the problem.

After the latest updated of ghostscript (8.60.dfsg.6-0ubuntu1), the pdf preview in KDE works again. I will close this bug report.

I don't see previews of pdf files on my KDE desktop. If I rightclick on a pdf file, chooses thumbnail and click on the "Preview" button, a correct preview is shown. The "automatic preview" checkbox on the pane is selected.
