Installation Guide - Inconsistent naming for Keystone service descriptions

The descriptions for Keystone services seem inconsistent with some referencing the project name, some the service name, and some a combination of both. Consider standardizing these descriptions to improve consistency.

Examples:

keystone service-create --name=keystone --type=identity --description="Keystone Identity Service"

keystone service-create --name=glance --type=image --description="Glance Image Service"

keystone service-create --name=nova --type=compute --description="Nova Compute service"

keystone service-create --name=neutron --type=network --description="OpenStack Networking Service"

keystone service-create --name=swift --type=object-store --description="Object Storage Service"

    Applied naming conventions to Keystone service descriptions

    After noticing some inconsistency among Keystone service
    descriptions, I applied the naming conventions defined here:
