Installation Guide - Remove *.ini configuration steps from Glance chapter

Glance in Icehouse doesn't seem to require configuration of *.ini files, particularly the [filter:authtoken] section. Consider removing these steps from the Glance chapter.

    Removed *.ini configuration steps from Glance chapter

    I removed steps involving configuration of *.ini files since Glance
    in Icehouse no longer requires editing the latter.
