Bug Description

GNU Common Lisp (GCL) is a Common Lisp compiler and interpreter.

Includes a builtin copy of binutils and gmp at least. Porting effort is probably around updating bundled libraries.

the gmp bits can be used from the system, the package build-depends on binutils-dev, so I assume it is taken from the system as well.

what is missing, is the definition of use= in configure.in, and a new aarch64-linux.h in the h/ subdir, plus a elf64_aarch64_reloc.h.
