Bug Description

Install fails on a topoloy which doesn't have an IP address on eth0. The mongodb::bind_ip is statically coded to use eth0, instead of ${default_interface} or just ${ipaddress}.

$ grep eth0 puppet_openstack_builder/data/hiera_data/enable_ha/true.yaml
mongodb::bind_ip: ['127.0.0.1', "%{ipaddress_eth0}"]
