Bug Description
The readme.rst file is too old and hasn't been updated since six months.
The path to start and stop the fake server doesn't exists, and commands aren't really readable.
We should use the rst syntax to make it more readable.

Improve readme.rst
This file must be readable and have sections to separate usage
from tests.
Path for using trove in integration are wrong, the directory
bin does not exists.
