Bug Description
it seems that OpenERP has errors in mail handling.
- OpenERP removes all spaces in the "From:" and "Author" fields
- OpenERP shows the mail information e.g. in
Sales -> Sales -> Leads -> Internal Notes
or
Human Resources -> Recruitment -> Applications -> open -> Application Summary
etc.
with the row html entities
Errors in text-only mails
- OpenERP removes all text between < and >
- in the Social Network plugin, shows OpenERP the html entities as interpreted
html, e.g. ">" is displayed as as ">"
