Bug Description

Updgraded to 13.10 from 13.04 "successfully".
On logging in couldn't get past the "low graphics" warning.
Can log into the old kernel OK.

Amulet, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. Saucy reached EOL on July 17, 2014.
